| Comments: | Mr. Bernstein (age 64) was a substitute teacher when he was arrested for Possession of Depictions of Minors Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct. Law endorcement was informed that there was a link on Berstein's Facebook page that adverstised "child erotica". It was found that the website adverstised sexualized images of young females. When Bernstein's computer was examined, over three thousand images were located that depicted child pornography. The images depicted both young males and femlaes. Also found were poems and stories written by Berstein which were based on sexualized themes of cruelty and violence involving children. |
