| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Thuesen was convicted of the crimes of Child Molestation in the 3rd Degree and Assault 4th Degree with sexual motivation. He was given a term of 7 months in jail for his crime. The victims in his crime were females, ages 12 and 14 who had just finished picking blackberries and were leaving the area on a bicycle and walking. Thuesen whom was standing in a yard began talking to the females. It was obvious that Thuesen had been drinking. Before they could leave, Thuesen straddled the front tire of the bicycle preventing the victims from leaving. Thuesen pulled the bicycle towards him and took one of the victim's hand and kissed it. He then kissed this victim on her arm and placed his hand on her hip. The victim was able to wiggle away from him. Thuesen then went over to the other victim and kissed her, inserting his tongue into her mouth and grabbed and squeezed her buttocks with one of his hands. Both victims were able to get away and fled the area. The victims were able to flag down a vehicle and were given a ride home. Thuesen was located still in his front yard by the victim's family. The police were called and he was arrested. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm or deadly weapon. Shall not remain overnight in a residence where children live or are spending the night. Shall not reside with anyone who is a parent or legal guardian of minor children. Shall not use, possess, consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consume alcohol. Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors. Submit to breathalyzer testing as directed. |
