| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents McCamey was convicted in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division on 04/08/1992 of one count of Child Molestation First Degree. He was placed on two years probation and ordered to enter sex offender treatment, which he completed. This conviction was the result of McCamey sexually assaulting the known five year old female victim. McCamey was playing doctor and sexually assaulted the victim. McCamey pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division on 09/27/1995 to one count of Unlawful Imprisonment with Sexual Motivation. McCamey isolated a known eight year old female victim while playing with other children. McCamey followed the victim into a laundry room at an apartment complex. He picked her up and placed her on the dryer and told her to remove her clothing. He refused to allow her to leave and she was eventually able to flee. He was sentenced to 26 weeks in the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. McCamey completed sex offender treatment while serving this sentence. On 03/21/1997 McCamey pled guilty in Ferry County Superior Court Juvenile Division to one count of Child Molestation First Degree. McCamey sexually assaulted the known five year old female victim. He was sentenced to 52 to 56 weeks with the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This offense occurred in 1995 when he was 15 years old but he was not convicted until 1997. McCamey pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 06/03/1998 to one count of Child Molestation Third Degree. He was sentenced to 60 months in prison. This offense was the result of McCamey sexually assaulting two unknown (met on date of offense) female victims ages 12 and 14. McCamey was released from custody on 04/27/1998 and on 05/02/1998 he invited juveniles to stay at his motel room. The two victims spent the night and McCamey sexually assaulted both victims during that time. McCamey had multiple infractions for disciplinary issues while serving this sentence and this kept him from participating in sex offender treatment program. He was considered for Civil Commitment as a Sexually Violent Predator, however, he was found not to meet the criteria for civil commitment. McCamey has convictions for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender that included fleeing the state. His latest conviction is for Second Degree Perjury for providing false information while registered as a homeless sex offender. McCamey is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections from previous convictions of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He is no longer on supervision as of 1-21-2011 Shall not possess any firearm. |
