| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department observed the defendants speeding on MLK Blvd and a traffic stop was conducted. After making contact with the vehicle's occupants a records check on both the driver and passenger was conducted. It revealed that both men were wanted. Johnson had two outstanding Writs of Bodily Attachment and Hall had an active arrest warrant for Aggravated Battery. Once both warrants were confirmed they were placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail. Hall is held without bond and Johnson is held on a $1,140 cash purge. |
