| Comments: | FUGITT, William G. was recently released after serving a prison sentence for two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Fugitt is a Level 3 Registered Sex Offender due to a 1991 conviction for Child Molestation 1st Degree and a 1986 conviction for Indecent Liberties by Forcible Compulsion, two counts. Sex Offense History: According to official documents, the 1991 conviction stemmed from Fugitt sexually assaulting two female relatives (ages 2 and 8) on several occasions. He received an 89-month prison sentence for this offense. The 1986 conviction stemmed from Fugitt sexually assaulting another female over an eight-year period, starting at her age seven. Fugitt pinned the victim to the bed and removed her clothing. He fondled her breasts and vagina and made her fondle his penis. Fugitt also choked the victim until she passed out and physically assaulted her on a number of occasions when she did not comply with his sexual demands. In addition to choking and hitting the victim, Fugitt threatened her with a knife and threatened to choke her with a rope. Fugitt also admitted to sexually offending against two neighborhood girls when he was approximately age seven. File material does not indicate that Fugitt has ever participated in any type of sexual deviancy treatment while incarcerated. He was court ordered to participate in sexual deviancy treatment while in the community; however, his adjustment and participation are unknown. Fugitt's infraction behavior while incarcerated includes violent assaults against other inmates, including beating his cellmate and burning him with a cigarette. Fugitt will be supervised by a Community Corrections Officer. |
