| Comments: | According to official documents Thomas was found guilty by jury trial on 05/03/1996 in Snohomish County Superior Court of one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 68 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Thomas sexually assaulting a known 4 to 5 year old female victim. Thomas befriended the victim?s mother and was often left alone with the victim and sometimes babysat her. It is alleged that Thomas also has sexually assaulted an additional known female victim from age 4 to age 12 although he was not charged in that case.
